Return Policy
All sales are final. If a product does get damaged during shipping, contact us within 5 days and you may return the damaged items to us. Once we receive the damaged product we will refund your money. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges.

Ordering Policy
At this time we only accept all major credit cards. No checks or money orders please. All of our products are made fresh when you order them. We aim to ship items 2-3 days after orders are placed.

Privacy policy
Sacred Herbals respects the privacy of it's customers. We operate a secure online ordering system and we never share any of your personal information.

Shipping policy
We ship via USPS. All shipping charges include insurance. For orders $50.00 and under the shipping charge is $6.50. For orders over $50.00 the shipping is a flat rate charge of $8.95. We do ship internationally for actual shipping cost, this will be figured in after package is weighed and charge will be emailed to you.
